I haven't really been around this past couple days. We've been finishing up canning here. We did another 30 quarts of marinara & salsa for a cousin who's 8 months pregnant with her 5th child, so there's no way she can do hers. So she gave us her tomatoes, peppers and bottles and we did it for her. Now we have to clean the kitchen again. I think this is the last time we'll have to do canning this year. But, it is nice to feel like you've helped someone who can't do it themselves.
