Many (and I do mean many :) ) Christmas templates now in stores

How is your week going? How are you doing? I hope you are having a great week! Tomorrow is my lil mans first day of school. I am scared but excited. He is very scared and nervous. He has been acting out this week and has been very rude. I know its his nerves because when we sit down and ask him what is wrong he brings up school. I know hes going to love it but its new and the poor boy is scared! :( I will let you know how it goes after we get done tomorrow!

I have finally gotten some of my Christmas templates in my stores. I have more Christmas templates to put in but wanted to show you the ones I have in my store. I also wanted to remind you (or tell you if you didn't know) that I have all my stores on sale for my Grand Openings! All my items are 30% off until the end of Sept.

ALL designs are mine and I have designed them. Please read and abide by my TOU. Any violations will be met with a lawsuit per DMDC.

I DO NOT offer cu4cu! If you have a special license from me this will only allow you to make actions and or scripts with my templates. But all other TOU will still apply. You may not alter my TOU for your benefit. You will NOT sell as CU which would alter from my TOU. Please make note of this before requesting a special license. If you do not have one, you are NOT allowed to make any form of a CU item.

Use my CU products for monetary gain, by incorporating them into a digital scrapbooking kit, pages and/or projects as long as they are altered and packaged along with other elements.

However, you may not provide your customers a layered template nor may you provide them with the element(s) in its original format (It must be in any other form other than its original format).

Post your finished layouts within your online groups (Only as your finished product and not in the original format).

My CU items are S4H/S4O friendly.

YOU MAY NOT

• Create and/or sell my designs or items created from my designs as commercial use items. I do not allow or sell CU4CU usage for my products. Please do not ask.

• Use my designs to mass-produce product, such as Zazzle, Amazon or any other site like this. No shirts, clothing, drinkware or like item.

• Use on Print on Demand sites of anykind.

• You may not create as a template, script, action, or other form of a template.

• Sell, give away, distribute, share or otherwise make available to any other party any of these original products either in whole or in part.

• You MAY NOT use any part of my items in such a way that individual elements could be extracted and used by another. This includes placing them in tubes, PSD files, PNG files, or on layers of any other derivative product you may create.

• NEVER give my items out as freebies. (unless you offering them as a combined image with other designs and it is a flattened finished product and be no more than 50% of the finished WHOLE product).

• Share my items with others. Please direct them to my blog or store to get their own.

• Turn any of my items into Templates to sell or give away. You may only sell this as a flattened colored image.

• Turn any of my items into Actions and/or Scripts or likewise to sell or give away.

• Turn any of my items into styles, textures, patterns or likewise to sell or give away.

• Redistribute this product, in part or whole, in any way. This includes CD/DVD, graphic collections, email, groups or website links.

• Share, reproduce, distribute or sell my tutorials.

• You MAY NOT sell, share or give away any of my templates, shapes, styles, actions, etc in their original format. You must only use my items in a finished, flattened png/jpg format and not in anyway that could be easily used as a template, action, style or shape by someone else.
