Limited time cu freebie!

It's just after midnight here. I can't sleep. Tried to lay down but couldn't sleep so I decided that would be a great time to post a freebie. Sometimes it's nice to be up when everyone else is sleeping. It is so quiet and peaceful. But tomorrow when I need to be awake with my lil man? Well, that will be a different thing all together. I will be tired and he will want to play. lol!

Speaking of my lil man. He's saying some of the funniest things lately. He found a small pouch that can be zipped up. He decided that was his wallet. He came up to me and proudly said this is my wallet. I said that's great. And he sighed and said, yes, but it's a good thing I cancelled my credit cards. I couldn't stop laughing. I'm guessing his daddy has lost his wallet more than once. lol! His newest thing is to want to play fight. He is trying to make himself stronger. Everyday he will pick up a toy that weighs no more than a couple ounces and will pump it up and down like they do with hand weights. I ask him what he's doing and he tells me he's working out. It's so funny. He is always telling me to bring it. When he wants to play fight he will say bring it. Or he'll say want some of this? (and he shows me his fists). He's got a cute sense of humor. It's amazing to watch a 4-1/2 yo with a sense of humor. You'd think they wouldn't have such a witty little personality at that age. I love it. But he also has learned to lie. He isn't really good at it though. I told him he needed to do his homework (we're trying to get him ready for Kindergarten). So  I told him if he did his homework he would get a chocolate bar. He told me he had a great idea. Let's just eat the candy bar and lie about doing the homework. We had to have a talk about lying. Which is hard to do when you're struggling to keep a straight face. lol!

Well, enough about my lil man. Sometimes I love to on about him and don't realize how much I ramble about him. I guess that is how we are with our lil ones. :)

How was your weekend? I hope you had a great one. We went out of town with friends and let me tell you, it was freezing cold. Now I love fall and the cooler weather but this was so cold we couldn't even leave the house.. It was nice to come home. I walked right in and turned on the fireplace. lol!

Because it was so cold I was able to actually work on some new things to put in my stores so it turned out to be a great weekend! :)

Poolside templates plus a freebie

We're getting ready to go out of town but I wanted to get this bundle in my stores before we left. I haven't put them in my PSD store yet because I need to update all my previews and want to have them all done at the same time. I hopefully will be done this weekend and will have them up there on Monday. But they are in my Scrap Seeds store. You can find them here.

I am still waiting for my new phone. It's not here yet. It was supposed to come yesterday but didn't. :( I am hoping it gets here before we leave in an hour. I'm slowly losing hope. lol!

My lil man is out with his dad bowling today. He was so excited he wouldn't let his dad out of his site when he was here. He followed him so closely on his heels. It was so cute. It made me so happy to see. I love that he loves his daddy and wants to spend time with him. But I do miss when he's not here too! You know, I want my cake and eat it to! lol!

Lantern (extracted) freebie (CU)

How are you doing today? It's Thursday. I know I've said this on my other blog all the time but Thursdays are a wonderful day for me. Even though I love my sweet boy, tonight is the night I get some time alone to do the things I want to do. I'm excited to have it every week. It's about the only real time I have alone and I cherish every minute of it! :) It doesn't start until about 6 but I get from 6 to about 10 alone! :)

I have been without a phone now for 3 days, and it looks like I'll be without one for at least another day. I hope to have it before this weekend because we'll be going out of town this weekend with friends and I would like to have it when we do.

My lil man is watching a show called Fairy Odd Parents. It is one of his favorite cartoons. He wants to play this show sometimes. He cracks me up. He is bugging me right now to stop working on the computer and come play legos with him while watching his favorite show. He really believes that it's my favorite thing to do and my favorite show too! He's grown up so much this past 6 months. He's getting ready to start Kindergarten this coming school year. He doesn't want to. He thinks it's up to him too. He's told me he's not going and he will tell them to leave him alone. This is not going to be fun. lol!

I am working on extractions lately. We're learning how to take product shots in a tent and we have to extract them too. I am doing ok but not with stuffed animals. He gave us an assignment to do one with a stuffed animal. We have to use the channels to extract. I hope to figure it out better. If I can get it figured out I want to make a tutorial showing how we did it. But that won't be until after I understand every bit of it.

Here's the latest one I took a picture of and extracted. I love this little lantern. It is really cute. I didn't have a candle to put inside (sorry). But I wanted to share it with you. My first CT Call

New name, new look and some freebies too!

I've decided to update my look and blog. I wanted to add the name Artistic to my name. I love Sugarbutt Designs but I thought Artistic gave it a little extra something. I have changed the look of my blog as well as my previews. I still put the same quality into every design I make, but I wanted to update my previews and blog. I hope you like the new look! I have some freebies I will be posting for you. I have also added the subscribed icon to the right. I had people ask me why I stopped having that and the truth is I wasn't sure how to get it on the blog. But I've since learned how to do the blog layout and am having fun doing it. I am excited to show you everything I've done.
First I want to tell you I'm in 3 stores now. I am going into My Memories soon and will for sure have grand opening there too.

This is my new binoculars. They are a great addition for your camping or outdoor kits and pages.

This is my latest birthday bundle. I love balloon animals but I just can't see to make them except in Photoshop. lol! 

This is my wooden harp and bench. I love harps. They sound so beautiful. 

This is the first in my newest series - sandbox toys. I started doing this for a friend who was looking for some sandbox toys. I have more to add to this series so check back often for more.

This is my snowglobe. I love snowglobes. Always have, always will I guess. They are so fun to watch, play with and even to use in my pages.

I'm obsessed with clocks. I love all unique and vintage clocks. I love seeing the street clocks like this. I wish they would have them around where I live. I think if I ever get to choose where I move to I will make sure to choose a place that has these still.
